Brickell is Miami's New York on the water. If you want to live in the center of everything and enjoy the high-rise condo lifestyle, this is the neighborhood. The energy here is unmatched and the new-development condos are the highlight of the area that continue to draw new buyers to Miami.
I work with a lot of young professionals and retired buyers who are drawn to Brickell's lifestyle. The ability to walk to work, hit a world-class restaurant, and be home to enjoy the beautiful ocean views is genuinely compelling and hard to do outside of New York City. It's Manhattan-style living with Miami weather.
